For the Brownie Layer:
- 1 batch of brownies homemade or store-bought, cut into bite-sized pieces
For the Mint Cream Layer:
- 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- ½ teaspoon mint extract
- A few drops of green food coloring
- 1 cup whipped topping Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream
- ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
For the Whipped Topping:
- 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar optional
For Garnish:
- Chocolate shavings
- Mint leaves
- Green sprinkles
- Chocolate chips or mini chocolate kisses
Prepare the Brownies – Bake and cool brownies completely, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
Make the Mint Cream Layer – Whisk vanilla pudding mix with milk until thickened. Stir in mint extract and food coloring, then fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips.
Assemble the Trifle – Layer brownie pieces, mint cream, and repeat until the dish is full, finishing with whipped topping.
Garnish and Serve – Decorate with chocolate shavings, green sprinkles, and mint leaves. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
