Ingredients

  • Tart cherry juice
  • Coconut water
  • Grass-fed gelatin
  • Magnesium powder unflavored
  • Honey or maple syrup optional
  •

Instructions

  • Mix the liquids and magnesium: In a medium bowl, combine the coconut water and magnesium powder. Stir until dissolved. Add tart cherry juice and mix well.
  • Bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the mixture. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  • Heat the mixture: Transfer to a small saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally for 2–3 minutes until the gelatin fully dissolves. Do not boil.
  • Cool the mixture: Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Any foam on top will dissipate naturally.
  • Mold and refrigerate: Pour into silicone molds or a small glass dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.
  •
  • Cut and store: Remove from molds or slice into bite-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, add honey or maple syrup.
  • Use silicone molds for easy removal.
  • Freeze extras for long-term storage.
