1can14 oz sweetened condensed milk (for sweetness and a creamy texture)
1 ¾cupswhole milkor substitute with half-and-half or heavy cream for a richer creamer
2teaspoonspure vanilla extractthe key to the signature French vanilla flavor

Instructions
1️⃣ Gather Your Ingredients
Have a medium saucepan, a whisk, and a storage container (like a mason jar or glass bottle) ready.
2️⃣ Mix the Base
