Ingredients
  

For the Berry Filling:

  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch for thickening the berry mixture
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice enhances flavor

For the Oat Crumble Topping:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup cold butter cubed
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional, for warmth
  • Pinch of salt balances sweetness

Instructions
 

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:

  • Set oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Prepare the Berry Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, toss blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  • Pour the berry mixture into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.

3️⃣ Make the Oat Crumble Topping:

  • In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add cold, cubed butter and mix with your fingers or a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4️⃣ Assemble & Bake:

  • Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the berry mixture.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the berries are bubbling.

5️⃣ Cool & Serve:

  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm.
  • Enjoy as-is or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!

Notes

Fresh vs. Frozen Berries: No need to thaw frozen berries—just bake a few extra minutes.
