This Dubai-inspired Pistachio Chocolate Bar is a rich, nutty, and indulgent dessert made with premium chocolate, pistachios, and condensed milk. It’s perfect for gifting, snacking, or as an elegant after-dinner treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g chocolate dark, milk, or white – based on preference
  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios shelled, to highlight natural sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons butter adds richness and smoothness
  • ½ cup condensed milk binds ingredients and adds sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract enhances flavor

Instructions
 

1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate:

  • In a double boiler or microwave, gently melt the chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth.

2️⃣ Mix in Condensed Milk & Vanilla:

  • Remove from heat and stir in condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.

3️⃣ Add Pistachios:

  • Fold in unsalted pistachios, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

4️⃣ Pour & Set:

  • Line a baking dish or mold with parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
  • Smooth the top and tap the dish to remove air bubbles.

5️⃣ Chill & Serve:

  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
  • Once firm, cut into bars or squares and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch: Add whole and chopped pistachios for texture.
For a luxury touch: Drizzle with gold leaf or edible glitter.
Make it dairy-free: Use coconut condensed milk and vegan chocolate.
