Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice of fresh ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Add the ginger slice to your cup.
  • Pour hot water over the ginger and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir.
  • Add honey if desired, stir, and enjoy.

Notes

  • For a cold version, brew the tea and let it cool. Add ice cubes and garnish with a lemon wedge.
