Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare a skillet if frying.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, milk, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Mix gently until combined.
  • Roll the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  • For Baking: Place the meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.For Frying: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
  • Serve with your favorite gluten-free sauce or side dish.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, skip the Parmesan cheese and use almond milk or any non-dairy alternative.
  • These meatballs can be frozen before or after cooking for meal prep.
