- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare a skillet if frying.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, milk, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Mix gently until combined.
