Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 1 can 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables thawed
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts 2 crusts
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare the Crust
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out one pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  • 2️⃣ Make the Filling
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, thawed vegetables, milk, and seasonings.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • 3️⃣ Assemble the Pie
  • Pour the chicken filling into the prepared pie crust.
  • Cover with the second pie crust, sealing the edges with a fork.
  • Cut small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  • 4️⃣ Bake the Pie
  • Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  • 5️⃣ Cool & Serve
  • Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm!

Notes

For extra flavor: Add ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning or fresh herbs.
Make it from scratch: Use homemade pie crust and cream sauce instead of canned soup.
Short on time? Use rotisserie chicken and pre-made filling for a quicker version.
