- For the Sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp ketchup sugar-free for a low-carb option
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Meat
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Substitution: Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- For the Wrap
- 6 large flour tortillas low-carb option available
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped onion, ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Cook the Meat:
In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out tortillas. Spread a spoonful of the sauce on each tortilla.
Add shredded lettuce, chopped onions, shredded cheese, and sliced pickles.
Spoon the cooked beef on top.
Wrap & Serve:
Fold the sides of each tortilla in, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
Toast in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness (optional).
