Ingredients
  

  • For the Sauce
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp ketchup sugar-free for a low-carb option
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Substitution: Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
  • For the Wrap
  • 6 large flour tortillas low-carb option available
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped onion, ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Cook the Meat:

  • In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Lay out tortillas. Spread a spoonful of the sauce on each tortilla.
  • Add shredded lettuce, chopped onions, shredded cheese, and sliced pickles.
  • Spoon the cooked beef on top.

Wrap & Serve:

  • Fold the sides of each tortilla in, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  • Toast in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness (optional).
  • Slice in half and serve warm!
