Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise for a creamy base
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce adds sweetness with a slight tang
  • 1 –2 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar for a touch of sweetness
  • 1 tsp lime juice or rice vinegar for a hint of acidity

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Mix the Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (or sugar), and lime juice (or vinegar) until smooth.
  • 2️⃣ Taste and Adjust: If you want more heat, add more sriracha. For extra sweetness, add a little more honey or sugar.
  • 3️⃣ Serve & Store: Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

💡 For a healthier version: Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
💡 For extra tang: Add a dash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
💡 For a thicker consistency: Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
