Instructions
 

  • Heat the Juice: Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan and warm it over low heat without boiling.
  • Dissolve Gelatin: Gradually whisk in gelatin powder until fully dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly.
  • Add Ashwagandha: Stir in ashwagandha powder and honey (if using) until well combined.
  • Fill Molds: Use a dropper to pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the molds for 1–2 hours until the gummies set.
  • Store: Remove gummies from molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
