Indulge in the delicate magic of Angel Hair Chocolate Bars, a luxurious fusion of silky white or ruby chocolate and Persian fairy floss (pashmak). These bars are light, airy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, perfect for gifting or satisfying your sweet cravings.

Melt the Chocolate: Chop chocolate into small pieces and melt using a double boiler or microwave. Stir in coconut oil if desired.
Prepare the Molds: Line a silicone mold or a small dish with parchment paper. Pour a thin layer of chocolate and spread evenly.
Add the Pashmak: Gently pull apart the Persian fairy floss and place it lightly over the chocolate. Sprinkle optional add-ins.
Seal with More Chocolate: Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top, ensuring full coverage. Tap the mold to remove air bubbles.
Chill & Set: Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
