Ingredients
- Tart cherry juice
- Coconut water
- Grass-fed gelatin
- Magnesium powder (unflavored)
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the liquids and magnesium: In a medium bowl, combine the coconut water and magnesium powder. Stir until dissolved. Add tart cherry juice and mix well.
- Bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the mixture. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Heat the mixture: Transfer to a small saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally for 2–3 minutes until the gelatin fully dissolves. Do not boil.
- Cool the mixture: Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Any foam on top will dissipate naturally.
- Mold and refrigerate: Pour into silicone molds or a small glass dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.
- Cut and store: Remove from molds or slice into bite-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

- For extra sweetness, add honey or maple syrup.
