Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Add olive oil, warm water, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Stir until the dough starts forming.
- Knead the dough gently for 2-3 minutes until it is soft and slightly sticky. If too dry, add a little water.
Step 2: Roll Out the Dough
- Sprinkle gluten-free flour on a sheet of parchment paper. Place the dough on it and cover with another sheet of parchment paper.
- Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a ¼-inch thick rectangle.
Step 3: Add the Filling
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving ½ inch of space on the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, oregano, basil, and garlic powder over the sauce. Add pepperoni or veggies if desired.
Step 4: Roll and Cut
- Carefully roll the dough into a tight log, just like a cinnamon roll.
- Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the roll into 1-inch thick pieces.
Step 5: Bake or Air-Fry
Oven:
